Nigeria will now take on Luxembourg in a friendly match on May 31, 2016, as the game has been brought forward by 24 hours.
The match which will be played at the Josy Barthel Stadium, had to be rescheduled as the hosts are participating in the Tour de France cycling competition.
“The change in date will not in any way affect our program,” the Super Eagles team administrator, Dayo Enebi, said.
“The entire contingent will move to Luxembourg from Rouen in France, where we will play Mali on 27th May.
We will still have three days to train for the match against Luxembourg.”
He also confirmed that they have secured visas for a number of technical and administrative officials.
