Woman who killed her husband in Oyo state to appear in court today

Yewande Oyediran, the woman who stabbed her husband, 38 year old Oyediran Ajanaku to death at their Akobo estate home in Ibadan, Oyo state on February 2nd after a domestic dispute, will appear in court today May 24th. Yewande who is a lawyer and a Staff of the Directorate of public prosecution at the Ministry of Justice, Ibadan, Oyo state, is being tried for the murder of her late husband.

  1. Na wah o. She is just trying to balance the equation. Too many men assaulting and killing their wives. She has gotten her own pound of flesh. It’s a real problem.

  2. The cost of everything is now too high,money no fit reach women to buy stuffs again but dey are impatient to ask their husband with gentle voice,which leads to commotion

  3. I concur at femi. Heard her family is well connected. We need to see the saying ‘justice denied is justice delayed’ in action.

Aside bringing spirituality into the issue, I think there is a high level of latent frustrations, unresolved differences, deceptive harmonies and silence cries in many homes, in which the consequences belong to the realm of uncertainty. However, I continue to think that, what level of frustrations could make someone terminate the life of another person, let alone the said Better half in a ”For better for worse relationship” ?
