The vehicles have been cleared off the road for vehicular movement. The LASEMA General Manager Mr. Michael Akindele advised motorist to avoid over speeding

Reduce your speed now and always
Familiarise yourself with the traffic code and abide by all the rules it contained
When you get to a certain level of overspeeding, your tyres are almost not having enough gravitational force on the asphalt and the tyres will loose grip on the surface
The steering control becomes less effective
This can be compared to an air plane taxing at top speed,in readiness to lift off the ground
In this state, the potentials to loose control is very high and a serious accident becomes a thing waiting to happen
It’s like someone deliberately inviting a worst case scenario
    Life has no duplicate
    Always drive safely
    Safe journey to everyone
