Antonio Conte admits Chelsea may be forced to change formation if they are convincingly beaten by Manchester City on Saturday.
Chelsea have won all seven of their Premier League games since the switch to a 3-4-3 system and only conceded their first goal after 601 minutes against Tottenham last Saturday.
Conte’s men struggled in their first half against Spurs and the Italian believes their clash against Pep Guardiola’s side will represent another key test for his formation.
‘I think tomorrow it’s a really tough game,’ said Conte.
‘Tomorrow is a great test for us, for our formation to continue this way.
‘We know that it won’t be easy, tomorrow we will face a really great team with great players, with a great idea of football, great organisation.
‘We are growing, tomorrow is another step to show if something has changed since the start of the season.’
