Here are some simple  rules of living for everyone.

1 Drink more water and less of soda, soft drink and alcohol.

2 Walk more and drive less, it helps a lot.

3 Take less sugar and sweetened foods but take plenty of fruits.

4 Avoid anxiety by worrying less and sleeping more.

5 Take more vegetables and cut down on your consumption of red meat.
