ISIS threaten Cristiano Ronaldo, Lionel Messi and Neymar ahead of world cup in Russia… See Photos

Real Madrid superstar, Cristiano Ronaldo has been targeted by the Islamic State of Iraq and Syria, ISIS, sympathisers on Monday.

A new poster is currently trending on social media, detailing how the Islamic extremists have threatened the Portuguese International.

The 32-year-old is pictured on his knees in an execution scene and was given a big black eye.

The executioner was captured behind Ronaldo holding a knife.

The poster carried the following terse message, “Our words are what you see not what you hear. So just you wait, we are waiting too.”

The sickening pro-ISIS campaign against high profile footballers and the World Cup began last week.

In one of the posters, Barcelona and Argentina star Lionel Messi and PSG forward, Neymar were also photoshopped in the ongoing trend.

Paris Saints-Germain star, Neymar and Barcelona superstar, Lionel Messi, appear to have been threatened by Islamic State after a picture emerged on Twitter.

The Sun reports the horrifying photoshopped image shows a terrorist stood behind a crying Neymar on his knees with his hands tied behind his back beside an ISIS flag and Messi who appears to have been executed.

The tweet came from a pro-ISIS group and was shared by Iranian news site YJC who wrote, “ISIL’s threatening poster within a few months of the world cup Russia 2018. After Messi and this time Neymar’s turn.”

The new poster comes days after ISIS mouthpiece Wafa Media Foundation circulated a picture of Messi crying blood from behind bars.

Threats from the terror group continue to build in a bid to spread fear among football fans heading to the World Cup that will be held next year across 11 Russian cities.
