  1. Wobbly Eagles which manage to reach the final, yet we were all expected them to lift the cup. I don’t know y we are looking for miracles when you and me knew no adequate preparation. And when it comes into tactical play, all Nigerian coaches are always found wanting.

  2. Nigeria players did no deserve to win that tournament. Bcos we apply sentiment and quota system in everything therefore promoting mediocrity. To start with that boy call Ali does not have the capacity to featurein national team. Several times he made serious mistakes even before they were qualified fr final. I have personnally saw that it will be very difficult fr Nigeria to lift the trophy with the technique of our players.

  3. the boys need a rousing welcome. no one predicted them to go this far to the final left alone coming with silver medal. kudos to them.

  4. remember that this same eagles also won other matches before now. they scaled through the group stage, quarter final and semi final. before entering the final stage. in a game of football there must always be a winner and a loser.
