Disclosing this on Wednesday, the spokesman of the tribunal, Ibrahim Alhassan said the shift to an undisclosed date was at the instance of the prosecution.

Alhassan added that due to the absence of some key prosecution witnesses involved in the case, the matter had been adjourned indefinitely.

  1. Let me be first to say “congratulations in advance to Saraki on his fourth year anniversary as senate president”

  2. If you followed the trial you would have known that the prosecution has lost the case. HOw can the EFCC witness says no evidence of documentation? hmm… SMBH

  6. Bukola Saraki is a big threat to the change imperative and having strategically positioned Ekweremadu, the impeachment of the president is a futuristic forgone conclusion.
Corruption cannot fight corruption something have to give way.

  7. To me I think CCT knows what & when to fix date, as Saraki appeal against CCT case is still not heard about due to judges unable to form corum, so CCT has to be after appeal judgement. Let’s wait and see.

  8. Na dem dem. Dem wan cover the matta. All this wahalla na become the man kolobe the Senate Presidency from their favourite O!!! 9. Who said saraki case is over?Everything is all about calculation that must not flouts.
The all idea is that, for saraki case and senate forgery allegation against Ekeremadu not to flop, the current IG who is perceived to be one of the planted structure of the last administration must take His bow this month.
From all indications,it is obvious that the current IG is tactically working for PDP.So,if any proclamation comes from CCT against Saraki,IG might play politics with it.
Don’t forget,He once said that the file of Ekeremadu forgery allegation was missing. That,He did has the capacity to arrest saraki despite the bench warrant.Open the Kogi assembly on Tuesday contrary to NASS directive which was later seal up by Nigerian army.
