Olusegun Obasanjo, Former President on Friday, had a closed-door meeting with President Muhammadu Buhari. It was gathered that the meeting was prompted by the rising spate of attacks in the Niger Delta as well the long awaited looters’ list.

However, the outcome of the meeting remains unknown as newsmen were not allowed entry into the venue. The meeting came barely 24 hours after Buhari and his predecessor, Goodluck Jonathan, met at the presidential villa over the bombing of oil facilities by the Niger Delta militants.

The meeting between Buhari and Jonathan took place at the official residence of the president, which Jonathan occupied for six years.

According to reports, President Buhari during the meeting made it clear to Jonathan that there was no plan to arrest him or his wife, Patience over the ongoing anti-corruption war.

  1. Buhari, you do well. You could cover Security (Boko Haram) and Fantastical Corruption in one year. 24 Gbosas for you!

  2. OBJ is a hypocrite.
He is Just giving PMB an advice he will not take if he were the president.
I mean will anybody intimidate OBJ and stop him from publishing names he intends to publish as GCFR of Nigeria?
Is that how OBJ runs Otta farms?
Do corrupt workers in his establishment enjoy concealment and escape judgement or punishment, on detection of the loot on Otta farm?
My submission is that this is either hypocrisy or hidden motives on the part of OBJ!
OBJ should just sit at home and stop pretending to be relevant

  3. He is afraid that Jonathan may open his can of worms. That is why he always visit after Jonathan’s. Probably to counter whatever Jonathan may have told Buari about him. God will expose and disgrace all of them that brought this hardship opon the Nigeria people.
