The DTMS online platform will enable the NFF and NPFL, to manage local and international transfers via one system.

It is available on the International Transfer Matching System (ITMS), which is accessible to all 211 association members of FIFA. Over 6,500 clubs around the world can also use it for cross-border transfers.

FIFA developed the DTMS system, after its members and clubs demanded for a domestic transfer system based on ITMS.
