Speaking at the session on Public Private Partnership, Eng Dunoma hinged his presentation with a quotation from President Muhammadu Buhari thus: “We also have a huge infrastructure deficit for which we require foreign capital and expertise to supplement whatever resources we can marshal at home. In essence we seek Public Private Partnership in our quest for enhanced capital and expertise”.

Speaking further, the FAAN boss said the appointment of Hadi Sirika, himself an aviator as the Minister of State, Aviation, has fast tracked the provision of the legislative framework and corresponding incentives to attract foreign direct investment.
