Antonio Conte has insisted Jose Mourinho will be Chelsea’s enemy this weekend when Manchester United travel to Stamford Bridge on Sunday.
The Italian boss became the Portuguese tactician’s permanent replacement after Mourinho left midway through Chelsea’s disastrous defence of their Premier League crown in 2015/16.
Mourinho has since become manager of United and will return to his former club for the first time in charge of the Manchester outfit on Sunday.
And Conte believes Chelsea need to treat him as the enemy upon his return, despite playing such an important role at the club in the past.

‘Mourinho was an important manager for Chelsea,’ he said.
‘He wrote a part of the history of this club. He was an important man for the club.
‘Mourinho deserves a good reception because he wrote history with this club. He remains in the hearts of the fans.
‘When the whistle goes, Mourinho will become an enemy, like the Manchester United players
