BREAKING: Appeal court sacks Jimoh Ibrahim, declares Eyitayo Jegede as Ondo PDP gubernatorial candidate

The Court of Appeal sitting in Abuja has Monday sacked Jimoh Ibrahim as the candidate of the PDP, this comes barely four days to the polls.


The court, therefore, ordered that Mr. Ibrahim be replaced with Eyitayo Jegede, who belongs to the Ahmed Makarfi faction of the party.

The Appeal Court set aside a ruling of the Federal High Court by Justice Okon Abang which declared Mr. Ibrahim the candidate.

All the objections filed by Mr. Ibrahim and his loyalists at the Appeal Court were also dismissed.

    Notable Nigerians who should raise indignation against NDA have joined the fray of people crying of hunger against the president,some of them have taken ethical ecclesiology to wind by fraternising with corrupt suspects in efcc custody rather than visit the vulnerable and the downtrodden.
