Hector Bellerin is set to hand Arsenal a massive boost by returning to training next week, reports say.
The right-back, who has just signed a six-year £100,000-a-week deal, suffered an ankle injury in the north London derby against Spurs on November 6 but is now edging closer to a return.
It was feared the Spaniard, 21, could be out for up to 10 weeks but Bellerin is now expected to return to light training next week, according to The Sun.
He’s on track for a return to Arsenal’s first team in mid-December and he will start running at London Colney during the next week.
A link-up with Arsenal’s first team should follow not long after that and he will hand Arsene Wenger a major boost ahead of the busy Christmas period.
