Oil Subsidy Scam: Ugo-Ngadi bags 10 years imprisonment

The High Court sitting in Ikeja, Lagos, has sent Adaoha Ugo-Ngadi to 10 years imprisonment for oil subsidy scam.

Mrs. Ada Ugo-Ngali, who is the Managing Director of Ontario Oil and Gas Limited, had collapsed two weeks ago at the Lagos State High Court in Ikeja after being convicted of N754m oil subsidy scam by the court.

Ugo-Ngali stood in the dock while Justice Lateefa Okunnu was delivering judgment in a N1.9bn subsidy scam trial in which she and three others were defendants.

She suddenly slumped as the judge was about to pronounce the sentence.

  1. Story for the gods.scammer who are they deceiving 754mn 10years then someone stills a phone he or she is burnt to death.justice that suites the elite.mtchew

  2. @paula, is it the courts that burnt the people u referred to? I believe u should direct ur admonishment to us Nigerians to stop the jungle justice, u don’t compare apple with mango. We want more of these high-profile convictions so the right messages will be sent to the appropriate quarters, remember, our past presidents didn’t have the “balls” to secure such convictions.
